Mediterranean Ikarian cuisine at THE EGG:
Experience the unique flavors of the Ikarian mediterranean diet, known worldwide for its health benefits and connection to longevity. At THE EGG, we serve fresh, nourishing, and mostly organic meals inspired by traditional Greek island cuisine.
During your stay, you will enjoy daily breakfast buffets and lunch buffets, with the option to include dinner. All meals are prepared with care from our chef using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, focusing on vegetarian and vegan Greek dishes that support your wellbeing throughout your Retreat.

Our partner Hotel, just 3 minutes walking distance to THE EGG offers 35 bedrooms all on-suite. You can choose between Single, Double, Family- and Triple Rooms for your group with different bed options (Double, Twin). All rooms have AC. A central shared sea view terrace for breakfast or relaxing is just located in front of the swimming pool area.

The Hotel is traditionally family-run and our first choice since 15 years and will comfort you during your stay at THE EGG. Breakfast buffets will be served at the Hotel for you. We highly recommend you to stay at our partner Hotel because of its walking distance to and from THE EGG. Special negotiated rates for groups and attendees are guaranteed and included in our proposal.

The Hotel is a 3-Star complex. It consists of 4 buildings that offer hospitality to 45 guests. It is amphitheatrically built and allows almost every room the breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea.
