These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between THE EGG Greece Retreat Centre (“THE EGG”, “we”, “us”) and you, the person or entity booking and/or using THE EGG Greece Retreat Centre facilities (“you”, “the Organiser”, “Participant”). This Agreement applies to all bookings, retreats, services, and use of THE EGG Greece Retreat Centre located in Ikaria, Greece.

1. Booking and Contract Formation

1.1 A booking is confirmed only when:
(a) You submit a complete Booking Form;
(b) We receive all required deposits and payments in cleared funds; and
(c) We issue written confirmation of the booking.
1.2 THE EGG reserves the right to accept or reject any booking at its discretion.

2. Use of THE EGG Greece Retreat Centre

2.1 You may use the Retreat Centre only for the purposes stated in your booking (e.g., retreats, workshops, seminars).
2.2 You are responsible for the conduct, safety, and well‑being of your group, including ensuring participants are physically and medically fit for retreat activities.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1 You must pay required deposits and balances by the deadlines specified on your booking form.
3.2 If payment deadlines are missed, THE EGG may treat the booking as cancelled and apply cancellation fees.
3.3 Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 You may cancel a confirmed booking in writing to THE EGG.
4.2 Cancellation fees will apply based on the time between cancellation notice and retreat start date, including:
• A non‑refundable admin fee;
• Partial retainment of deposits;
• In some cases, up to 100% of total retreat costs.
4.3 The specific cancellation fee schedule is outlined in your booking terms.

5. Accommodation and Services

5.1 Accommodation and retreat services are provided as described in your booking confirmation and the retreat programme.
5.2 The minimum and maximum guest numbers, room allocations, and service inclusions are as outlined on the booking form.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 You and your guests must obtain travel and medical insurance covering personal injury, loss, and participation in retreat activities.
6.2 THE EGG is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or other damages arising from participation in retreat activities or conditions beyond our control (e.g., weather, travel disruptions).

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Participants must ensure they are adequately fit for retreat activities.
7.2 THE EGG may provide first‑aid supplies but is not responsible for medical treatment.

8. Termination of Booking

THE EGG may terminate this Agreement if you breach these Terms or fail to pay amounts due. Termination is without prejudice to accrued rights.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Greek law, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Greece.

10. Notices

All notices must be in writing and delivered by email or to the address specified on your booking.
