Hatha Krya Yoga helps to gain control over the senses through body exercises. This ancient mother of all the exercises offers a wonderful possibility for good health, long life and happiness. The combination of the body-exercises, breathing techniques, intentional imaginations and meditation based on PEACE are the chariot for you to go into a complete new and wonderful life. Especially recommended for people with the well known “back pain”.

“Hatha” derives from the Sanskrit words “ha” (sun) and “tha” (moon). Hatha Yoga is one of the ancient disciplines to attain divine consciousness and self-realization. The word “Yoga” is derived from the Sanskrit root “yuj” (to yoke / yoke your mind). Given by the glorious primal (original) Guru Sri Adinath – Lord Shiva Hatha Yoga shines forth as a straight way for those who wish to ascend to their highest levels.

Kriya Yoga
“Kriya” derives from the Sanskrit words: “kri” (action) and “ya” (awakens).

Kriya Yoga, the scientific art of mastering the physical body through postures of relaxation known as asanas, muscular locks called bandahs, and psychophysical gestures known as mudras. Asana refers to a posture, which produces relaxation. Mudra is a gesture, movement or position, which affects the flow of pranic energy in the body. It also refers to a corresponding psychic attitude. Bandha is a psych-muscular energy lock, which redirects the flow of pranic energy in the human body and awakens the chakras.

Kriya Yoga is based on the teaching of Kriya Babaji Nagaraji (203 A.D). Practice Babaji’s dynamic yoga to experience the divine joy physically, vitally, mentally, intellectually and spiritually.

The Kriya postures enable one to regulate the debilitating effects of stress and maintain one’s balance in all situations. They help the physical body to be calm during meditation.

Preksha Medidation

Preksha is a process of awakening one´s own reasoning mind. It is based on the principle of engaging one´s mind by concentrating on the perception rather than on thought. It is a technique of seeing one´s inner self.

It consists of regulation and ultimate control of:

  • Respiratory and other physiological functions

  • Nervous system

  • Endocrine (ductless glands) system

  • Subtle inherent vibrations

Based on the teachings of Mahavir, 6th century B.C., and turned into the levele of modern man Acharya Mahapragya´s, Preskha medidation is a miraculous way for self-healing.

Yoga Teacher

Born in Germany 1969

It was an inner impulse for harmony, to free my mind, to free my body, open the heart and to be with the open heart in the here and now, acting from love towards myself and the whole existence. I’m practicing yoga 13 years now. I started at the Satyanandu yoga school and then at “Omalsoio” yoga school in Greece. I had an urge to go to India in order to learn and feel more. So I did. There I visited various ashrams in the northern part. I met yoga teachers and I practiced yoga and meditation.

I continued in Thailand where I studied therapeutic massage acupressure and Thai massage. There I went to Hatha Kriya Yoga School. Ever since I’m practicing Hatha Kriya Yoga (ten years) and participate in retreats regularly. I felt the benefits of the practice in my physical body, in my psychology and my spirit.

Through meditation I learned how to be attentive and detached from the thoughts which are useless and negative, which obstruct our peace and happiness and I learned how to replace them with constructive positive movements and actions. I learned how to focus in my breath and consciously inhale light. I am move connected, centered, grounded and open. Since then I listen to the one and only, the voice of the heart.
