We offer Yoga Drop-In Classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 17:00 to 18:15. The classes are both – for beginners and advanced levels. Our style is based on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin and Power Yoga. Please register by sending us a SMS, E-Mail or WhatsApp till latest 14:00 the same day you wish to practice. You are coming to Ikaria or you are already on the island? Just book your private Yoga Class at THE EGG Retreat Centre for you and your friends/family (min. group size 5 people). Yoga helps to gain control over the senses through body exercises. This ancient mother of all the exercises offers a wonderful possibility for good health, long life and happiness. We offer a combination of body-exercises, breathing techniques, intentional imaginations and meditation. You can choose a Hatha, Yin or Power Yoga class.

We will dedicate this 2 hours to our moving body and mind. The dance Workshop is based on the principle of Contact Improvisation and that the body and mind are inextricably connected. Through movement you can access the deepest parts within you. It will show different starting points of how we can enjoy dance in it´s big variety. No experience needed! Bring yourself and friends and let´s start moving together! Only on request for a min. group size of 3 people!

Whether you are considering visiting Ikaria or whether you are already on the island, locals would definitely urge you to take part in one of the many feasts that take place all over the island. In one of those feasts whether it be tucked away in a clearing of a forest or in the main square of a village you are sure to witness local people drinking wine along with tourists and enjoying themselves till morning. And when the violinist plays the first note of the traditional Ikarian dance, you will see that everybody stops chatting and storms to the dance floor to become a member of the circle. If you want to get a taste of the Ikariotikos but also prepare for the impending feasts, you can come to THE EGG where you can learn this magic dance together with your friends and/or family.

Ancient Forest of Randi: 5-6 hour / intermediate
It is a mature forest, whose age is estimated over 200 years and many of the older trees are more than 300 years old. It is one of the few remaining forests in the Eastern Mediterranean of this size and age.
Trail of the Elves: 5-6 hours / intermediate
Specifically, the "path of the Elves" was designed as a path in 2006 mainly for this purpose – as crossing a virgin green landscape, or if you like, a living botanical museum.
